All reservations must be made 30 days prior to the check-in date. Reservations made within 30 days of the check-in date will not be approved by the Heritage Oaks Management Association.
Renters will be required to submit a rental application to the Heritage Oaks Management Association. Renter approval is required by the Heritage Oaks Management Association.
A rental agreement will be sent to the guest with the property rules and regulations. The guest will be required to sign the rental agreement in order to confirm the reservation.
